You may have heard that google’s Aluminium OS project has been leaked and well there is a lot of news
Let’s get in to it, Google’s Aluminium OS project is where they are replacing ChromeOS with Aluminium OS, a way to use Android on your PC and laptop not just your phone and tablet. You may think well Chrome OS has a tablet mode, this is going to replace it as what Google is really doing is just getting rid of Chrome OS and making it all Android because well they just want to make it all one platform not having to maintain two platforms. Now this is cool and all but look at something like FydeOS how are they going to keep making there os if Google is just not going to maintain that image. But going but to the fact that it is cool well it is, it looks like a chrome os desktop but better there is some photos below (Click on the urls)

It looks like it is coming along there is another desktop ui you can try with a rpi 4 or 5 and put Android and you have a desktop-ish ui.
So,that is what google’s Aluminium OS is and how it is going to effect chromebooks and other devices.
